The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) establishes policy of the Authority and is responsible for the planning, financing, construction, leasing, managing and maintaining of low rent public housing, subject to applicable laws and contractual relations with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City Commission.
