Bill Warinner received his Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a Master in Architecture (Historic Preservation) from the University of Florida. A design professional since 1963, Mr. Warinner became a registered architect in 1983 and a licensed Florida Realor in 1992. He is a certified Historic Property Specialist (HPS) and specializes in properties in Gainesville's historic Duckpond, Florida Park, and Kirkwood neighborhoods. He is a former President of AIA's Gainesville Chapter, former President of Florida Community Design Center, former President of Historic Gainesville, Inc., former Trustee of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation and former Director of the Cedar Key Historical Society Museum.
